PAYMENTS:
This Webshop only accepts Paypal for transactions, which protects both Buyer and Seller against fraudulent activity.
PACKAGING:
All Tee's arrive packaged in clear garment bags with a bit of extra love, in waterproof bags.
DISPATCH TIME:
All Products are made to order and are dispatched 7-10 Working days (Excluding Weekends) of Payment receipt. If your order is urgent, we'd appreciate a message beforehand :)
DELIVERY TIMES:
UK Orders are posted Royal Mail 1st Class with receipt retained. Expect your Parcel/s within 1-4 working days from dispatch. If times ticking or you're getting a bit worried, just pop us a message along to double check on times.
INTERNATIONAL is via Airmail: 7-28 working days. Tracking is unfortunately not available on Items sent by Airmail.
Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or P&P charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
We cannot and will not mark parcels as gift or anything other than commercial goods on any applicable customs forms for overseas orders as this is against the law, nor will we reduce the value of the parcel as this directly infringes customs law. Both buyer and seller are liable for prosecution if we do so.
LOST PARCEL PROCEDURE:
It's not with the neighbours, in the Shed/Dog Kennel/Recycling Bin OR at the Post Office Depot...What now??
If it still hasn't shown up ten working days after expected delivery time, give us a shout. We'll then open a Lost Parcel Inquiry with Royal Mail. You may be asked to declare the Parcel to ensure there are no false claims (Please don't abuse this because they'll find out and serve you a Persecution with NO Gravy). A replacement will then be sent out.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
If you're not over the moon with your merch, please give us a shout to rectify this. We bloody love you lot, and want you to love your Merch as much as we did making it, so if somethings wrong - we want to know :) Please don't feel frightened to tell us!
